Rights, obligations, and rules governing the Paysmaker affiliate program and commission payments.
These Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern participation in the Paysmaker affiliate program (the "Affiliate Program" or "Program"). The Terms set out the rights and obligations of Paysmaker and participating affiliates, as well as the rules governing referral activities and commission payments.
By registering for or participating in the Paysmaker Affiliate Program, and by earning rewards as an affiliate, you ("Affiliate", "you", "your") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as Paysmaker's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any other applicable policies, which form an integral part of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not participate in, access, or use the Paysmaker Affiliate Program.

"Paysmaker" ("we", "us", "our") means the company, including its website, platform, applications, and related services.
"Affiliate" ("you", "your") means any individual or legal entity participating in the Affiliate Program in accordance with these Terms.
"Referral" means a new user or business entity introduced to Paysmaker through the Affiliate's promotional activities and tracked via the Affiliate Link.
"Affiliate Link" means a unique tracking link assigned to the Affiliate and used to direct Referrals to Paysmaker's services.
"Qualified Transaction" means a transaction carried out by a Referral that meets the conditions set out in these Terms and is eligible for commission.

"Affiliate Interface" means the interface made available to Affiliates for managing referral links, viewing commissions, and submitting withdrawal requests.
To participate in the Affiliate Program, an Affiliate must authenticate via Paysmaker's email-based one-time password (OTP) authentication system.
Affiliates do not create a separate affiliate account. Access to the Affiliate Program and affiliate interface is provided through OTP authentication.
Upon authentication, the Affiliate gains access to the affiliate interface and may create referral links for tracking Referrals.
Paysmaker reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program at any time in accordance with these Terms.
There is no limit on the number of referral links an Affiliate may create.
Affiliates may create, manage, and deactivate referral links via the affiliate interface, subject to technical availability.
If an Affiliate Link is deactivated or removed, it may no longer be used to track referrals.
An Affiliate may participate in the Affiliate Program only once and may not create multiple profiles or identities to access the Affiliate Program.
Affiliates must not participate in the Affiliate Program more than once or attempt to gain unfair advantages through multiple identities, email addresses, or third parties.
If such activity is detected, Paysmaker reserves the right to cancel or withhold commissions, suspend or terminate participation in the Affiliate Program, block associated referrals, and take any other action permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
The Affiliate has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by these Terms.
All information provided to Paysmaker in connection with the Affiliate Program is accurate, complete, and kept up to date.
The Affiliate has full legal capacity and authority to enter into and perform obligations under these Terms.
The Affiliate acknowledges that Referrals must independently accept Paysmaker's applicable Terms and Conditions and other policies in order to use Paysmaker's services.
The Affiliate shall not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise interfere with Paysmaker's platform, tools, systems, or software.
The Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program complies with all applicable laws, regulations, licences, and regulatory requirements relevant to the Affiliate.
The Affiliate is solely responsible for the content, maintenance, operation, and compliance of its own website, application, or promotional channels.
The Affiliate shall promptly inform Paysmaker of any material errors, technical issues, or misuse related to the Affiliate Program of which it becomes aware.
Participation in the Affiliate Program does not violate any agreement, obligation, or restriction binding on the Affiliate.
The Affiliate acknowledges that Paysmaker's website and services may experience interruptions, delays, or limitations due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or factors beyond Paysmaker's reasonable control.
The Affiliate is permitted to promote Paysmaker's services solely in accordance with these Terms and any additional guidelines or instructions issued by Paysmaker from time to time.
The Affiliate has no authority to: act on behalf of Paysmaker; bind Paysmaker contractually, or provide services, guarantees, or assurances on Paysmaker's behalf.
Paysmaker may enter into affiliate or other commercial arrangements with third parties and may promote or market its services independently without restriction.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, the Affiliate is solely responsible for all costs and expenses incurred in connection with participation in the Affiliate Program, including marketing, advertising, and operational expenses.
By participating in the Affiliate Program, the Affiliate agrees not to engage in any activity that may be harmful to Paysmaker, its customers, its operations, or its reputation, as determined by Paysmaker in its reasonable discretion.
Prohibited Activities — The Affiliate must not, directly or indirectly:
Use Affiliate Links for the Affiliate's own transactions or otherwise engage in self-referral.
Promote Paysmaker's services to any person or audience whose use of the services would violate Paysmaker's Terms and Conditions or applicable laws.
Register, purchase, or use domain names, social media accounts, or other identifiers that include or imitate Paysmaker's name, brand, trademarks, or any confusingly similar variations (including misspellings).
Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or manipulative tracking practices, including cookie-stuffing, click-stuffing, artificial traffic generation, bots, or automated systems.
Use Paysmaker's name, brand, or trademarks in paid advertising, search engine advertising, or keyword bidding without prior written approval from Paysmaker.
Make any promises, guarantees, assurances, or advice to Referrals on behalf of Paysmaker, whether explicit or implied.
Misrepresent or exaggerate the relationship with Paysmaker, including representing oneself as an employee, agent, or authorised representative of Paysmaker, or claiming authority to bind Paysmaker.
Make false, misleading, or inaccurate statements about Paysmaker, its services, regulatory status, compliance practices, or risk controls.
Promote or associate Paysmaker's services with illegal activities, including but not limited to financial crime, sanctions evasion, fraud, cybercrime, or other unlawful conduct.
Use marketing content that is obscene, offensive, discriminatory, defamatory, or that promotes violence, hatred, or illegal activities.
Use Affiliate Links to create personal financial schemes, incentives, or reward structures (including promises of profits, bonuses, or guaranteed returns) unrelated to Paysmaker's official services.
Publish or distribute Affiliate Links through Paysmaker's official communication channels, including official social media accounts, chats, forums, or support channels.
Use Affiliate Links or promotional materials that contain malware, spyware, viruses, or any unauthorised or harmful software.
Advertise or present Paysmaker's services as "anonymous", "untraceable", "AML-free", or otherwise suggest that Paysmaker enables the circumvention of AML, sanctions, or legal requirements.
Paysmaker may request additional information from the Affiliate regarding marketing methods, promotional channels, or sources of Referrals. The Affiliate must cooperate promptly and in good faith.
If Paysmaker reasonably determines that the Affiliate has violated these Terms or engaged in prohibited or abusive conduct, Paysmaker may, without limitation: suspend or terminate the Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program; deactivate Affiliate Links; withhold or cancel unpaid commissions; take any other action permitted under these Terms or applicable law.
Paysmaker reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate's participation in the Affiliate Program at any time, with or without prior notice, where necessary to protect regulatory compliance, operational integrity, or reputation.
The Affiliate is entitled to a commission equal to 40% of Paysmaker's service fee from all Qualified Transactions.
The commission is calculated on a per-transaction basis and applies only to transactions that are successfully executed and paid out to the user.
Network fees are included in Paysmaker's service fee for the purposes of commission calculation.
Where an Affiliate applies a discount or incentive to a Referral, such discount shall be borne entirely by the Affiliate and deducted from the Affiliate's commission. Under no circumstances shall any Affiliate discount reduce Paysmaker's service fee.
Commission is considered earned only when: the transaction has been successfully executed; and the exchanged funds have been paid out to the user.
Cancelled, failed, reversed, or refunded transactions do not generate commission.
Earned commissions are recorded for each transaction and accumulated on the Affiliate's internal balance within the affiliate interface.
An Affiliate may submit a withdrawal request only once the available commission balance reaches the minimum payout threshold of 100 USDT.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted via the affiliate interface and must specify:
The Affiliate is solely responsible for providing accurate withdrawal details.
Paysmaker reserves the right to request additional information, delay processing, or reject a withdrawal request where necessary.
Withdrawals are processed on demand following submission and approval of a withdrawal request.
Paysmaker reserves the right to modify commission rates or conditions at its discretion, with effect for future transactions.
